Yuxuan Du, born in China, currently living in Germany.
Started playing piano at age 5, entered into Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing and studied piano when he was 12 years old.
After graduation in Beijing, he came to Europe and began study in Germany. First he studied piano and later studied „conducting“ and „opera coach“ at Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media, where he completed his Bachelor and Master degree. From 2019 to 2024 he has acted as assistant by Eiji Oue, working with orchestra such as: Warsaw Philharmonic, Frankfurter Opern- und Museumsorchester (Germany), New Japan Philharmonic, NDR Radiophilharmonic Hannover (Germany), Gdansk Polish Baltic Philharmonic, Poznan Philharmonic, as well as music festival “Osaka Classic” with Osaka Philharmonic in Osaka, Japan.
Besides also conducted orchestra such as: North Czech Philharmonic, Athens Philharmonic, North Bohemian Theater of Opera and Ballet, Silesian Philharmonic, Budapest Danubia Symphony Orchestra, Bucharest Symphony Orchestra so on. Important inspired by Mo.Kent Nagano and Fitelberg Masterclass 2024.
Since 2023 he is Music Director of Sinfonietta Nuova Hannover and in Wintersemester 2024 he received coach-lecturer job at Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media.
In July 2025 he won the 1. Prize by 6th OCCO International Conducting Academy and Competition in Lisbon, Portugal.
