Inês Fabião is a violinist and teacher. She began her studies at the Academia de Música e Dança do Fundão, where she completed the 8th grade in violin, going on to earn her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music Education at ESART.
In 2024, she was invited to join the Berlin Opera Academy and the Saluzzo Academy, and was selected for the Jeune Orchestre Européen Hector Berlioz 2025.
She received guidance from renowned musicians such as Patrick Bismuth, Mayuko Kamio, and Susanne Stanzeleit. She has performed with orchestras such as OCPzero, JOP, Orquestra do Distrito de Braga, and Orquestra Filarmónica Portuguesa, among others, performing in venues such as the Kasseler Stadthalle, the Konzerthaus Berlin, and the Gulbenkian Foundation.
In 2022, she won 2nd place in the Nouvelles Étoiles competition and took part in artistic residencies with the Orquestra Sem Fronteiras (Orchestra Without Borders).
She currently teaches violin at the Conservatório de Música de Cascais e Oeiras, and also collaborates with the Orquestra de Câmara e Sinfónica de Cascais e Oeiras.
