Cascais Music Conservatory will hold its 6th Orchestra Stage on September 8, 9 and 10, an initiative aimed at 3rd Cycle Orchestra students and members of the Cascais Youth Orchestra.
This stage is offered as a complementary opportunity to support the development of musical skills, in an accessible setting that differs from the usual routine, combining fellowship and good spirits, during the school break, with the study of music.
Among the stage’s main goals are helping students regain their skills after the summer break, preparing the orchestras for the year’s first concerts, encouraging instrument study and orchestral practice, integrating new orchestra members, and offering 9th grade (5th level) students an enriching experience through more demanding repertoire.
The initiative is non-mandatory, not subject to evaluation, and free of charge, subject to a minimum of 20 student registrations.
Registration can be completed through this link, until August 27.
For more information, parents and guardians may request the stage’s program from the Conservatory’s office.
